If you are a professional partner, you can order samples free of charge. If you are not a partner, you can order samples, but a cost will be charged.

If you have received a faulty item, you have 48h to notify us, and you will be able to return your product free of charge. The return time span will start upon the delivery date. If the item is damaged upon delivery or by the clients’ misuse of it, a cost will be charged.

Yes, it is! When the item is already damaged upon delivery, we will make the repair free of charge, by either sending missing pieces or by collecting the damaged item for further repair. If the item is damaged upon delivery or by the clients’ misuse of it, a cost will be charged. If the piece is damaged by faulty material (oxidation, dampness in the wood, among others), the cost of the repair will be covered by the warranty, during its period of time.
